Earliest check in is 3.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

Milkwood & Fairlight:

- Payment in full required at the time of booking.

- Maximum occupancy of 2 guests per cabin.

- Cancellation policy: 2 weeks or less before arrival, no refund.

Links Farmhouse:

- Payment of 50% deposit at time of booking. Remaining 50% due 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks require full payment.

- Maximum occupancy 10 guests.

- Cancellation policy: within 24 hours of booking, 100% refund. 8 weeks or more before arrival, 75% refund. 4–8 weeks before arrival, 50% refund. Less than 4 weeks before arrival, no refund.
